We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous US! Please note, this offer excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, due to high order volume, some products may take longer to ship. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Payments
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount when the order is completed. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the hold to drop from your card, but this also depends on your bank. The payment is finalized when the items are shipped.
No, emailing is not considered a secure way to place an order. Our website is secure and protects your privacy.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are some exceptions, such as electrical components, so please see our full return policy for details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (and Bill of Lading and proof of delivery/acceptance for freight deliveries). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You can request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep all of the packaging and contact our team immediately at (603) 359-8710.
There is a $35 restocking fee for all returned items. Ingenious Carts pays credit card/PayPal fees as soon as an order is placed, and these are non-refundable. Therefore, returns and cancelled orders will be refunded less 5% to cover these fees. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.
